Problem with Torque

High Cogging

Am I thinking right or not, with a 6' blade on a motor conversion where I have 2' lbs. of torque due to cogging. Will I need a 50 mph plus wind speed to get this turning????
Thanks,
Christopher

I assume your "2' pounds" is 2 foot pounds, in which case you will only need about 10mph on a 6 ft prop to start it. - by my calculations.  Others may calculate it differently but likely will not be too different.  But not 50 mph, no way.
