The Best Commercial 1 KW or 1.5 KW Wind Generator???

I was wondering who you feel makes the best commercial 1 KW or 1.5 KW wind turbine on the market???. Please state why you feel the turbine you select is the best. Please don't badger any manufacturers but rather post what makes that manufacturer so good at his / her product. Please post your comments here. Thank you all for all your other help with the other questions I have asked on this forum.
