new jennys from italy 500 2,4 m e 3,6 m

I send you some photos of the jennies from me built with the help of my wife of 500w and 1000w of inspiration Piggott. The jenny of 1000 ws misses they anchors the rotors and the magnets that will arrive soon..... A big problem will be to succeed in throwing aloft it!!!!
The constructive phases of the jenny from 500w, (10 coilses thread 1,12 mms. for 142 turnses, magnets degree 40 30x46x10 mms)

The constructive phases of the jenny from 1000w, (12 coilses thread 1,82 mms for 46 turnses magnets degree 40 30x46x10 mms)
My house with the jennies
The control panel and the batteries

A great thanks to Hug Piggott and Anthony Cecere that you/he/she has taken care of the translation of Hug and that you/he/she has furnished me so many suggestions, to Flux and all you that every day you have helped me to build and to overcome an illness that has made me convalescent for about 8 months.
Thanks!!!

Wow, beautiful country, and beautiful machines.  You must be proud.  I am envious.

I was looking at the mounting of the rectifiers and wondering if the heat sinking is sufficient.  I took what I thought was a pretty large aluminum heat sink (about 12.5 by 26 centimeters about a centimeter thick base with about 3cm fins on that) out by the Dan's in the spring and DanB told me that it would be insufficient for a 12V roughly 3meter machine, but maybe ok for a 48V machine because the amps are so much less.  I can't tell for sure, but it looks like your rectifiers are mounted on a thin aluminum box and I'm wondering if that will be sufficient in windy weather.

Again, They look great!  Rich Hagen

Superb machines and photographs,I am sure you must be really pleased with them.

I am pleased that I was able to help.

I am sure the rectifier heat sink will be adequate for 48v, especially up there in the wind.  The 12v case is a lot worse.

Look forward to hearing how they perform.

Excuse me but I have forgotten to say that the system is to 24v.
The box èeffettivamente of thin aluminum but from the photo he doesn't succeed in seeing that I have positioned others two angular thick in aluminum on the front of the scatrola together to a big squanderer for CPU.
Thank

I forgot to say that the jenny I have seen to produce woodpeckers of power of around 340W with gusts of wind (therefore the car doesn't seem to go to stalemate) but probably the strong wind still has to arrive....
The external temperature is still of around 16-18 degrees during the day.

If you have thick aluminium angle under the fixing points of the bridges I think it will be ok even for 24v. you should get a lot of cooling directly to the stator mounting frame.

That is a nice output in gusts, it should go well in stronger winds.
