MESSAGES TO THIRD PARTIES

TO THE ADMINISTRATOR;

I would like to know if it is possible that when sending a message to the group can the sender send a copy to a third person or persons.

I see that it would be good to have such capability, since many times one send a message to the gruop but many times one can not come back to the previous sent message to read replies or to respond to questions posted in the message by one or more members.

Like in this case, I would be interested to receive the reply without the need to open the group and find the initial message to see if there are responses to the initial message or to secondary messages.

Thanks

Nando

Hiya Nando,
That would be a nice option to have, and if I may ask this question is it possible for the forum to be upgraded to PHP like just about many other forums on the net. I'm sure it would be 100 times better than the current format and the search feature in php is very efficient. The only downside would be the old content from the current forum might not be included in the new steup. It's just a thought and I'm not sure if this has been discussed beforehand.

Cheers Ruddy Crazy

I think that this Board has a function similar to what you are looking for.
In the upper right corner of the page is a "MENU" box
in that box is a selection for "Recent Activity"
Click that item and you will get a great deal of information including comments to your comments.

W O O F :

No, there is not such capability, I mean my idea.

The one you indicate must be done via the group and not via the email to a third party.

The case here is to be able to get responses or questions to the message one wrote without the need to go back to the group and look at your own comments to see if you got a reply.

The reply can be done BUT at the same time the respondent flags the Email of interest to send a copy of the message directly.

This is not fixing, this is improving the group capabilities

Regards

Nando
