students building turbine for science fair take magnets 101

below is what turns out to be a funny story of a student i am helping build a turbine for his science fair...upon getting 2 of forcefields 2"x1"x1/2" magnets tangled together, the focus was on getting them seperated...it wasnt until this feat was accomplished that the thought process became blurry, and said student decided a good option to keep them apart temporarily would be to put 1 magnet in each of his front pockets.. O_O and we all know the rest of the story...glad to report that he is fine :) it was merely a "near miss"...
    ...merry christmas all..pickster

Whew wee, wee wee, but I gotta know, did this fast flux motion
and collision create any detectable extra energy flows in student?

Kids these days would only risk damaging their knees if their pants pockets came together.
