Good Deal on Starter Set of Solar Panels with Mounts and Accessories

Harbor Freight is repeating a prior sale of this 45-watt "kit", which includes two 12-V compact-fluorescent fixtures and one charge controller:

If you value the CF fixtures at only $5 each and the charger at $10, you're getting the panels for $135.  That's $3 a watt for new panels, including frames and mounts!
