The perfect "last a lifetime" and "whole homestead/shop" genset

howdy guys,

If you're looking for an excellent "last a lifetime" genset, this is the one....

CAT 20kw genset, 3ph, 220vac, on axle, 10.00-20 tires, good running D4 motor (D4400 I believe...will be verifying this...the SN# is 1S3855JS).  $2900 obo

Is currently pony-start, but I'll be putting a direct electric start on it in the next week or two.  Pony-start is actually better for the main-engine in the long run....but everyone's lazy these days and wants electric-start... <grin>

You can have it either way....the pony-engine and the electric-start setup are each worth $500 by themselves...so it doesn't matter to me which you take.

If you just post here, it'll probably be sold by the time I ever see your post.

Genset is near Medford, Oregon (20 miles N. of Kali), and is only 20 mins off the I-5 freeway.  Because gensets have a short wheelbase, you might be better off bringing a trailer, rather than towing it a long way.  Weight is approx 5,000 lbs.

Also for sale:  160ac Off-Grid Private Mountain Valley w/stream, Oregon.  Click here for detailed info and pics;
