some end caps.

The above is the cast aluminum end cap from the expencive units. I've cut alot of the things away the protrude toward the armature that are not needed for this conversion. I've machined away the bushing support and fiited it for a bearing. 2 of these caps are nesesary.

Next its fitted with bridges and connected for 24 volt use.

Here is a posable wood end cap.

Next is aluminum machined end cap. This is some black pianted scrap I had. Also notice the large shaft colour used as bearing support/mount. I drilled holes through this and bolted it to the end cap. It fits the bearing perfect.

Jerry,

You said you connected it to run 24 volt. Can they be connected to run 12 volt?

Or is it just a matter of blade tsr?

Thanks,

Wil

Hi Wil.

There is a coil configuration for 12 volt and 24 volt. The 24 volt uses the stock conection, no changes need to be made.

12 volt sugjestions will follow.
