Continuing in my attempt to decogg this tiny alternator, original story here:

I decided to try twelve 6mm diameter x 1mm thick neo discs in place of the 1.5mm Neo arcs on the original rotor.
With the larger air gap and lower magnet area, the alternator was virtually cogless.
The alternator worked fine with this setup, but as expected the power was reduced.
Voltage and current reduced by about 1/2
The same story using just 6 of the arc magnets, just out of interest.
