(Funny. You were not born on the fool's day as I was...)
There is a good general book about Renewable Energy:
'Renewable Energy. Power for a Sustainable Future.' Edited by Godfrey Boyle.
There is an Indian book: G.D. Rai: 'Non-Conventional Energy Sources'.
Both of them are quite theoretical. The Indian one has got good detailed knowledge concerning biogas.
By the way, You seem to be working with amplifiers. You ever heard about the Finnish ortoperspekta amplifiers?

I've got one ortoperspekta, but not the 'original' tube amplifier, but a more modern one with transistors.
