Ok, Its back up n running -TW

the main #otherpower irc server has been down since last night i have no idea what the trouble is. you can connect to the backup server at,
irc.anotherpower.com
channel #otherpower
for you chatzilla users it is irc://irc.anotherpower.com/otherpower

ok the regular irc is back up and running you can log on to it using irc.otherpower.com or irc.anotherpower.com or using the i.p. channel #otherpower

I think there is a port for IRC-not quite sure-have a look in the firewall settings.
