Machine junked parts collected

a friend of mine collected a 48 volt electric cart from the hospital where he works
and offered me any of the parts from the machine before he took it to the scrap dealer, battery bank was shot but I got all the wiring and control panel from and hope to find some use for some of the parts.
There is still the motor, transmission and diferrential there if I want it.

here are some pics. of the board and I will try to get some specs. on the motor over the weekend and maybe get some ideas here for a use.

I would turn the whole thing into an alternator testing prime mover.

The markings on there are as follows.
  1. uf    -10 +50%
  2. vdc
als 10a 221 aa250
40/085/56

There will be things on there that I have no use for and for the price of shipping I will send them to anyone interested. I'll post a pic of those things.

Just for a size reference ,what is the length and dia of that blue cap
If it is as big as i think it is , even the three smaller diodes are large , by most standards
in the 48vpanel photo the top of the upper  larger diode is connected to what? i cant tell
i have a similar power resistor under and to the right of said blue cap ,but cant make out the ohms or the power rating
some neat stuff ..
