A customer of mine said he had some solar stuff? He got it from his faters estate.
He discrirbed it as solar electric. So I did a trade with him for $100 worth of car stereo stuff.
We had a gentelmens handshack agreement.
However upon recieving the equipment I soon figured out it is flow control and monitoring equipment for a solar watter heating system.
I think it was equipment his dad baught and never got around to installing?
The equiptment is still in the original factory boxes with instructions and papper work.
Here a list of the stuff.
Blue-White Cal-Q-Flow metter.
Delta diferential temperature thermostat.
Thermex Solar Corp. CR-4000 solid state solar control system. This thing has a digital diplay and still has the protective film over its plexi cover. Looks like a coumputer inside? It has 5 thermal sensore looking things and 2 relays.
Micronta indoor outdoor thermometer.
Anyway this stuff looks neet but I can't use it. I looks as though it would all cost more then $100 new. I don't think its ever been conected but I have no idea if it works or not.
I think his father was going to build a solar watter heating system and passed away befor he could?
I'd like to recover my $100 and maybe this is a good deal for someone?
