Does anyone know of commercially manufactured blades in the 12' range?

The folks at Otherpower make these:

I have seen these in person and they are kind of like works of art.  The fellow who I believe still makes them with them is Scott, and he is a furniture maker as well.  They might be willing to make some in a 12Foot diameter size, but you would have to contact them to ask.

There are also blades in that range of a fiberglass type material being sold on E-bay and a few alternative energy type of sites around that size range, often in metric sizes.  From what I have read posted here, they often need a bit of sanding and finish work, but worked more or less ok.

A fellow by the name of Art Randolf used to make fiberglass blades, a bit smaller I think, but I don't think he is making them any more.  DanF had a set flying at one time.  If I recall correctly they were fixed pitch and made a bit more noise than the wooden ones but worked fine.    Rich

I have two sets of Art Randolf's fibreglas blades along with hubs.  They are 8 foot diameter.  I also highly recommend the Forcefield 10 foot blades mentioned by Rich.

Oregon Wind,
I can attest to Dave Moller's laminated blades here at http://royalfabrication.com/ I am currently running my 16' diameter machine with these blades, they are of the proven Gottigen profile and are machine carved. Few, if any are hand carving blades of this profile. These are quality high performance blades. Drop Dave an e-mail or phone call, he'll be glad to talk with you about your specific application.  Dave B.
