| Jul/Aug/Sep averaged just under 1 unit per day, so even with a per unit rate (including all other charges) up to a little over 17p (30c) our bill for the quarter was only £15, ie ~USD25.
The next quarter will be the worst (biggest per-day grid import) for the year as we will generate very little from PV, but I do now instead have for my entertainment a space/water heating budget (gas) of 2MWh until 31st December to keep us under 9MWh for the year... That will correspond to about £30/month (~USD50/month) all-in. Had two thermostatic radiator valves fitted and getting some more done to direct heat more effectively. None of that very DIY, but we have been insulating, lagging pipes, putting up door curtains, etc, etc, to see how low we can go in spite of have another little one due mid-November!
