Hi, I have pics of the windmill on yahoo's photobucket under arfab1/windmill if anyone wants to check them out feel free. I figure easier uploading them there then tieing up this websites space. Anyway I got the ring gear on, blades back on and stuck it back up on my mickey mouse tower to see if the blades will turn it ok, was breezy today but wind was coming from the woods side so wasn't turning , did a little but just a little here and there maybe 5 or 10 degrees at a time is all. I put battery charger on it to see how it spins, guess I should have rebalanced it, oopsie. I want to change my ring gear set up, the way it is it works, but its just not right, I want to pull off the pulley and find something better to bolt the ring gear on too, still deciding on that part, maybe a gear or something similiar that is flat and I can lock on to the 5/8 shaft, I may even attach the blades I made to it also. I think I will take a break from it for awhile, need to get a chicken coop built, gonna raise a few for the eggs, 2 bucks a dozen and climbing, I figure cheaper to raise my own, well hope so anyway LOL
