Dont cure too fast and you'll be in the clear. Too much hardener and you run the risk of cracking. ATH tends to slow the cure a little bit.
I would not go any more. It also depends on the temperature of the casting environment. Air bubbles tend to come out easier when you use less ATH due to the viscosity of the mix. I would say its safe to use 35%-40% by volume and use plenty of chopped fiber mat also. You never said if you were using Polyester or Vinyl ester resin.
