I had this new idea ..... I found drawings of it in this book .... Published over a century ago... oops.

Kurt, not only is it huge, it hangs my Preview app. This pdf is way too big. It's high res scans of a book. For archive purposes, that's fine, but it's a beast to open.

Pages 3 and 4 seem to be blank. I don't know if they are missing or if I got a bad download.

Before you open this, turn off the page drawer feature in your reader and just open one page at a time in order.

foxit reader had no problem opening it once i got it on my computer do not try opening it in your browser though lol and yes there were some blank pages for me 2.

What an interesting read. I had no trouble downloading the PDF file and was able to open it as it downloaded. I don't know if I will ever use it other than for iterest sake I have saved it to my PC, but I love amassing sometimes useless information, my wife and I have enough books between us to start a small library, snd we try to never park near old bookshops..................

It does work - but I had to try quite a few different pdf readers before I could open it!

Not had a chance to have a good look at it yet though.
