Hi guys
As most of the people living in the u.k have noticed; today was a windy day and after coming back from my kids football at around 11:30 am I noticed that my batteries were full up to a dangerous point 14:43v+.
As the wind was so strong, I got my Henry vacumn cleaner that I use for work and set it at low speed = 400 watts and started to vaccum the house I noticed that my wife was looking at me quite strange
But man it felt good using the vaccum cleaner knowing that the wind was providing that power, anyway I connected my power meter to my inverter and noticed that in 2 hours I used 1.140watts from my battery bank and no power in from the solar panels, man I love the wind.
Now that I have a new pure sine wave 1000 watt, 2000 watt power peak inverter I can power pretty much everything with it, and I am squeezing every watt out of my system, the highlight was when my wife was using the vaccum cleaner upstairs using 400 watts and my turbine was producing 415 watts and the batteries were just standing at 12.92v without going up and down, anyway, I did make a little video later on:
