Help

So we build a 3-phase axial flux generator, with 9 coils all wound the same directions, 6 magnets mounted with opposite poles facing out. we can wire it in Y and Delta, with each phase having 3 coils in series. When we hook it up to the scope we generate a sine wave, but the peak is inverted, looking like a W.  We have tried to series them head to head and then head to tail, with difference. I cannot seem to find any information on how to correct this, any ideas? Thank you.

magnets are in worng polarity N-S-N for all 12 positions or in your case you have N-blankspace nomagnet N or you do not have all magnets hiting coils at 120 deg for each phase install all magnet and it should work
