32 Volt , 1KW ... WINCHARGER ... PMG ?
« on: September 09, 2003, 07:42:47 PM »
Hello everyone ..... I seem to as many of you do ... look for ways to make

existing system more efficient .... would changeing an old 32 Volt 1000

Watt wincharger to a Mag Gen be a real Task ? Would you be better off

leaving it as is? Than again ..... it would be nice to take advantage of

lower windspeeds. Any help allways appreciated. The Windnut.

The only way I would try it is to build a rotor to fit the windings.

And leave the original alone.

This way if it does not pan out no harm is done to a part that is hard if not impossible to

replace.
