minnie motor
« on: November 07, 2004, 02:46:50 AM »
just a little motor i picked up at a thrift shop for a couple bucks..

outer case is aluminume--ball bearings--star or delta hook up--4 main coils..

2 starts?  230v--1.8 amps--16oo rpm--0.38hp

think i'll leave the stator stock for now..big coils -with lots of windings..

should make for some good volts[low amps]

the blue case in back comes off and so does the cooling fan ..

that little box on top is for the power hook up and star to delta  change over..

now which is it for amps--star or delta ????????
