Hold on, I figured it out, it was a 55 gallon drum mounted exercise bike...wow, neat stuff :) Ha Ha!

Looks good. Looks like you have a little less work to do on it than I did on mine.


When I build my concentrator I'm gonna have to go around and find another setup for it. :-)

Very cool. I got my last on for free when I saw a guy had switched to little dish and asked him if I could have his old one. Instead of one of those linear actuators, it has a horizon to horizon mount. It has a big gear on the back and a motor with a smaller gear, very robust design.


You can remove that threaded rod for altitude adjustment and put a second linear actuator on there if you want to make a dual axis tracker. I've got a couple of BP380s flying on a mount like yours but I haven't set it up to track yet. The real project is going to be welding up a frame on my new mount for four BP 170W monsters.

Always a friend!  I love a good "ribbing"...its humor that makes the world go round :)  Especially if it comes from an old timer with snow on his head.....thank goodness I'm not that old (right back at ya, Ron)  Ha Ha!

there's trackers there that will work with new tracker for a concentrator.
