12 volt power Wisper 200
« on: January 01, 2006, 11:34:36 PM »
Hello guy's wanted some input on putting in a 12 Wisper 200 to supplement my power I use from the utility. I was hoping to stay 12 volt that way no batteries will be needed just the windy boy inverter.

aa......the windyboy cuts in at 150volts.

Southwest sells the 200 link windy boy as a package.

Yes and I suspect that SMA will only sell the WindyBoy as a package, it needs to be programmed to the alternator and I don't think they will deal with individuals, it would be too big a risk to their reputation.
