Yes, it is!
We have those too  8). Then there's the ones for vehicle in water
Rarely used here , unless of course the pot-holes get rampant again and someone while texting / driving drives into one and gets stuck.

I like the idea that if a car gets stuck up a tree , you can turn the sign upside down  ;D.

We has one on our street. mind you this was residential with a 20mph speed limit.  A car climbed up a guy wire and was sitting on the rear bumper.

Yeah we have them too. Shame they are soft tops though, you would think they would put a roof on before flipping it.
