Finally a chance to get back to this one! LOL

I got this for free!! (sort of!)
Main battery is dead, less than 1 volt, (.167 VDC).

Extra two motercycle type batteries @ 4.5 VDC.

After filling then with distilled water and
letting them sit on Ametek 30 MiniMill for a few days
They are now showing 5.67 VDC,
stupid me and my not down the tower center top with the wires, they keep
getting wound up and un-plugging with good winds.
O-well, learned from that one!

Pa had added the rear dual with mud flaps, I'll take them off I'm sure.
He said that they don't work so well in the grass n dirt.
This thing is street legal with turn, head and brake lights.
I'll be trying to hop it up some, for more speed and maybe range!

Funny stuff about this motor,
Book states- 3/4 HP
Motor Tag info-
motor # 60.101 2/99
HP 1/2, Amps 40, Volts 24 DC, Hz 0
Watts 960
Ratio 10:1, RPM 500, class H
Duty: 30 min On, 15 Off
Ser: 1220
Chian Tzong
Lets see, 24 times 40 is 960.
And one HP is 746 Watts.

??
The Solar part-

The cover and even the panel are scuffed up,
The cover bad, the panel a little bit.

But the panel works, testing indoor it showed 12.05 VDC easy.
When held closer to light it got up to 24 VDC.
So, it looks like I"ll be battery shopping
