Slant-Core PMA

Went through ebay and saw some ads leading to a turbine with a Slant-Core PMA, the following search led me to Hydrogen Appliances (one reads about them once in a while), here they stated they use a "slant-core PMA" with 38 Neos. It looked to me like a car alternator rebuilt .... so what it a "slant-core PMA"?????

Hydrogen Appliances are a bunch of scammers so who knows probably some made up hipe

Could it be something similar to a motor conversion with the stator skewed?
