Egor's Engine Tests Tomorrow....
« on: November 21, 2006, 06:09:08 AM »
Hi all, There is still work to do but tomorrow is the dead line. More pictures less talk.

Power piston connecting rod end cap. Mates to CV boot.

This is the lid clamp ring made from a turn table. For people who don't know what that is, "hint", used to have a plastic record on it that turned at 33 and a 1/3. The thing fit perfectly.

Close up of excellent machine job by Joseph.

Pond liner was used to make this rubber gasket seal.

Close-up of displacer connecting bearing. CV boot clamp and lid ring clamps still to make, then tests.

This job does seem to be turning into a career.

Looks great Bill !   Your definately going to beat me to the test run.   I don't expect to have mine going until this weekend.  Have you guestimated to output power? or is this just a "run for fun" machine?   I want to build another small one with a genny when I get the big one completed.
