Stacker update
« on: February 17, 2007, 10:42:25 PM »
I got around to adding a third coil  to the  jig  .I offset the coils by 3 and 6 degrees .Looks like there's a slight difference in the width of the rise from zero ( stacked in line series ) . Am  finishing  out the stator at three degrees center coil and 6 degree outside sacrificing some peck to peck voltage for duration  . Pdf links for 0,3,6,7, degrees .

Tecker:

Can you detail the software you use for the measurements that you have displayed on the PC.

Thanks

The measurements were made on three 25 turn coils offset in series.Somewhat simular to

a single coil with wide legs at 75 turns. Mags are 1/2 X 1.5 x 1/2
