I've just started this page (mainly because Julian Pearson kindly volunteered his sheet out of the blue for me to distribute):

Would anyone care to suggest one on-line or off-line tool that they have found especially useful? I'd like to turn this into a good starting point and reference.
Note that suggested tools do not have to be UK-centric, though it will be most useful for my page for the tools to be at least UK-friendly!
