I made some suprizing progress today. Even did a littel hand spin test.
Here are a few pictures.
Here is the front of the speaker basket. I used the composition plastic would as a center piece filler and bearing holder.

Here is the back side. I'm using an electrical "A" hub to hold both the front bearing and a scrap of 1.5" pipe. There is a bearing at both ends of the pipe. The shaft goes through the bearings and is kept inplace with shaft colors.

Heres the back of the magnet disc. The shaft to disc adaptor is in the center.

Heres a front veiw, this is magnet disc installed in basket and on shaft.

Here is a side veiw with stator installed.

This back side picture shows, magnet disc and coils.

The first hand spin test looked good. Voltage for 1 coil AC read 3.3 volts. There are 2 coils wound together. For "Jerry Rigged" this would give 13.2 volt for 1 phase.
I used 2 hands and was able to spin up 5.5 volts this will give 22 volts per phase "Jerry Rigged". This would be about 19 volt for star.
Well it will take a few days or more to get this unit jigged up for some real power and thermal tests.
