Sad deal for the child.
I, however was like a kid in a candy store pulling stuff out before the auctioneer gets involved.
Besides being a stellar foreign car mechanic he was an avid experimenter.
Lots of hand made tools for wrenching on cars like a remote operated brake actuator so he could be under the car and activate brakes, etc. A curiously Terminator looking robotic arm he built like 35 years ago and nobody knows how to program the punch cards for.
Upside for me is I got a couple of O'scopes, a mid range Radio Shack analog VOM, a massive 120 volt to 100 volt 3 KVA transformer, some miscellaneous bits and pieces of God knows what electronic devices [likely power supplies], some electronic type hand tools and 3 of these panadac 770 power supplies.
The Panadacs do not give up much in a Google search but I think they are from a Panasonic industrial circuit board stuffer machine I got some other bits from the same scrap yard here.
The big stuff can be seen in this IRC gallery:

No, the '53 Buick RoadMaster was not from the estate it was at the burger joint I grabbed a burger at on the way home.
I am curious about information on those power supplies.
They have outputs labeled:
+5 -5 -9 +12 +24 +15 -15 volts
With an LED for each.
I powered them all up and all the LEDs come on as do the fans.
I know the extras would be useful to someone.
Ghurd?
I guess my bench supply needs are covered now.
Anyway, if you have any info on these, I would appreciate it if you share.
Thanks.
