A very sweet stator LOL.

It a 6 coil stator.  However with a littel help from the family and a few cups of coffey it has disapeard.



Notice the fine wedge coil shape.

Ok... nice coils .. but the only power I see from this is methane generation, or we try to ferment the whole thing for ethanol

Looks very much like breakfast from two Saturdays ago when I was helping a friend finish his 3500' run of 2" poly-pipe for his micro hydro installation.


He still doesn't know what his final head pressure is since the gauge he had on hand only went up to 220 psi and it pegged the moment it was exposed to full line pressure (after all the air was bled out).

It surprises me that no one has mentioned melting the sugar and using it as glue for the magnets....

I notice you seem to be using an aluminum backing plate, although I'm told that normally doesn't create a good magnetic flux path, are your coils high in iron?
