14-11 stator finished.

I've finished the 14-11 stator. You can allmost see the powdered iron core in the coil centers. It took 400 turns each of 24 ga. wire per coil.

The wire is so small its hard to see in the pictures. The coil wire exits out the side of the stator, then I drilled very small holes back through the side of the stator for wire connectio to the diodes and to allow clearance for the speaker baskit support.

The wire leads up to the 4 diodes (fullwave bridge) mounted on 1 side of the stator form. I was going to use 6 amp diodes but 3 amp doides gave overall better clearence.

With 44 diodes, ceramic magnets and 24 ga. wire these 3 amp diodes will be heavy enough.
