Got her back up today.

Yup, gott her back up. A full day ordeal. I got her all up and tied down and noticed the ampmeter was diving downward. My polarity had been reversed. How could this happen? Well it can happen when you pull your motor apart and put it back together not paying attention to which color was on what side. Ok fixed.

Then after watching it come up to speed a few times I noticed a vibration. I decided to start breaking things back down. I got the guys broke loose and found a lul in the wind and pulled her back down. Took off the blades and went through all of that ballancing stuff. And put her back up and tied her down.

As far as I can tell she is working fine. No wiggle-wobble. The batts are full cause I had her on the plug-in charger while the mill was down for maintnance. So she is on the dump and that holds the rpm's down much morethan when she is charging.

Here is some pics of the stuff.

This is the steel guy-wires I put on her.

  These are my tie-downs.

I also added a couple more T-105's and tied a line into the house to an outlet I installed by the entertainment system. My little inverter runs along just fine running my 27" tv, my Dish-DVR, and a small audio system with sub-woofer.

nice little treadmill alt[checked your files]...

any noise from the alt being transferred to the house?

i have a ladder mount on my old rv--i can hear the alt when its powered  up

kinda of a low growl...

saw your pedgen in your files--try a bigger pully on the alt..[yours is kinda overgeared]

should be a lot easyer to pedal and you will see more power output..

later.....................
