I wish to build a water (river) source heat pump and am looking for someone with experience with this for advice. In particular I want to know how large their heat exchanger is, what material it is made of and how they deal with blockages due to dirt and ice forming on the surface.
I need to produce 15kW and have 3 tons of water a second flow so can generate enough power at the site but the major problem I anticipate to be blockage of the fins of the exchanger in the water.
All sources of advice are much appreciated.
