Interesting looking unit

I came across this site whilst I was searching the web for micro hydro.  Has anyone come across them before?

In summer my stream has a low flow rate and these might be ok.

It's an interesting concept, that I'd like to see tested by an independent body. They also make the extraordinary clam that the rotor is "inertaless". I am skeptical.

Doesnt seem to bad as long as you have a minimum of 70 feet of head, and 7 gallons per minute.

They alos sell a magnet fuel filter called a "Catalytic Fuel Converters".

They claim a >20% reduction in fuel use,

and a >98% reduction in emissions !
The act of just selling those makes me wonder about everything else they sell.
