Has anyone attemtpted a home built tyson turbine?

I am probably pushing my luck, but I am wondering if anyone has ever attempted to build one with any success? AND would they be willing to share that experience, before I go sauntering down (more like up)a gravel road.

I went to www. dogpile.com and ask for tyson turbine and got the answer because I didn't know ether
