Tubular sky lights

 Some time ago there was a posting on building your own tubular sky lights. Similiar to this idea,http://nltubular.com/pages/why_tubular.html Does anyone have any information on such? I have some 10 inch duct pipe that I tried lining with reflective Milar but cant seem to get the Sun to shine on down.

maby the curved bit helps it aim ,just gess ,it cuves easy after being in oven u can put some in if to big then fold it with gloves to fit all in drop on curved shape hot.

i put a sheet of polycabnt near where i made a perspex man hole cover ,paint white near it
