So here is the issue:
I live in Argentina, and we are lucky enough to have natual gas pumped right into our homes. This means that I get to cook and heat water on the cheap; my gas bill is usally under 20 pesos per month, or around U$D 6.
Last week, someone in my apartment building reported a gas leak. The gas co., EcoGas, has decided that they need to retrofit the whole system. There are a lot of pipes, regulators, and various tuberies in a 15 story apartment building. They have told me that it might take up to 45 days! to get my gas restored.
GEO 101: I am in the southern hemisphere, and that means I am getting into winter. I want to have warm water for bathing. My current setup uses an inline gas heater. I miss cooking, but warm water is my primary concern. (I have totally been putting off showers longer than I should...) Does anyone have a good warm water hack for me?
