how much talcom powder do you mix with 1 gallon of vinyle ester resin ?

Seems to be no takers on this one.


If it is for a stator I would add as much as possible without making the mix too thick to pour. Not sure what that is in real terms but it will be a lot, you can add a lot before it starts to thicken much.

as a 'general rule' I mix the filler in about 50% by volume.

How does that change the mixed volume?  50CCs of each won't equal 100CCs, right?

this is kinda a follow up question. do you mix it in before the hardener so you have sufficent time to get it in and mixed well ? thanks to all for the help
