12 Volt Turbine

On a 12 volt system 6 coils, using 3 Rectifiers what size rectifier should I use. What voltage & amp will a 12v turbine produce at max.

I would assume a 12V alternator will produce something over 12V..... Then your question ends.. The current will be dependant on the developed voltage and the load, also the wire size. Plus how fast it is spinning.

My question is mainly about the Rectifiers what Volts & Amp should I use.

The battery will clamp volts to about 15 max but it is not a abd idea to have higher voltage rectifiers so that it will survive if the battery becomes disconnected. The lowest common diode voltage is about 100 and that will just about stand a 12v machine on open circuit. 200 or 400v devices hardly cost more and are sometimes cheaper.

A 6ft machine is not going to produce much over 30A so use 3 of those 35A single phase potted bridges and mount them on a good heat sink.

36MB20 or 36MB40 will do. There are many other number variants for the same thing/
