I've wasted a lot of time searching for the bearing hub I need, and I still can't find it. Where did you purchase/find your bearing hub that you used for your permanent magnet alternator? The directions I am following call for a specific design. Here is the design: (I apologize for the size)

Thanks

Did a one time fix of your over width photo.  TW

Perhaps you can call this Company and ask specific questions on spacing or adjust a few things:

Hi,

I didnt quite follow things to a "T" I went to a Northern tool store about 9 miles from here and bought the closest thing I could find, and afte a little modification with the ol' welder it works ok, however I did mount the face of my trailer hub to the BACK of my rotor...not to the inside. While I'm lucky enough to have a lathe  to turn it down  I elecetd not to do that....thus I didnt have to drill a large hole in my blades/hub to clear the bearing cap.

Only time will tell how it will perform....click on my screen anme and click file you can see the mill setup the way I just described it :o)

 All the best,

 Gavin
