Anything that uses transformers or motors other than commutator types will burn out instantly.
Compact fluorescents will be ok, any fluorescent with magnetic ballast will fry. Electronic ballast should be ok.
Heaters will work but the associated switches and control will most likely fail
With electronic appliances it depends on the power supply, unless you know how it works you might as well assume it is going to fail.
One of my main concerns is switchgear, there is nothing made today that is up to handling dc, the old quick make and break switches could do it when there were certain areas with dc supply but they are too costly to produce for a world that has ac only.
If you know your stuff then there may be a fair bit that can be used but if you have to ask the question then beware.
