I agree. "Newbies" becomes a graveyard for the posts of new joiners however sensible or relevant. I posted a serious question after trawling though dozen and dozen of old threads, put my post in Wind where I believe it belonged but it survived there about two minutes and will doubtless be read mainly by "Newbies" whose posts end up in the same place. Just my 2c.
