An experimental research facility is NOT a plant.

I am quite *ss* off about it.  


We live just at the bottom of France near the French/Spanish border so we are only about 200 miles from it as the crow flies.  I agree with the Greenpeace comment, the same money put into renewable energy and awareness programs would be a far better choice.  If all the companies in France switched off their computers overnight they could save a powerstation's output.


Here it takes them well over 3 years to get a government grant aided Solar Electric system installed, so we did our own.


This should probably be moved to 'Rants' LOL :)
