It's a bargain, and if you use your EBay Mastercard you qualify for $25 back.

I can't believe I am responding... It's just too funny.

Nobody with $12M liquid would fall for it.

His numbers.  34.2 year payback, just for the purchase of the plans, going only by gross income.  Then an operational life of only 50 years.

What about construction and maintenance?

Lost money before starting?

"Because the technology is off the shelf a system patent is still a distinct possibility"???

What?  $12,000,000.00 better get more than "a distinct possibility"

The 27 years of R&D, and built in 1977, means it is 58 year old technology?

Or 'the device in the photo' was made by someone else?  What photo?

A couple of things that made me laugh out loud...

"I will accept paypal or cashiers check. If you would like to negotiate any other terms please ask before you bid."

"I will answer questions concerning our deal and payment."

"I won't answer any questions about design or how my improvements fit or how it works."

"to date I have shown over 14,669 potential customers my product", and yet it is still for sale.

My favorite...

"To place a bid of US $15,000.00 or more, you'll need to provide a valid credit card or complete the ID Verify process ($5)."

Starting bid is $12,000,000.00.

So $15,000.00 is Not a possible bid.

Maybe he messed up on his output by a 3 decimal points?  Or messed up something else by 3 decimal points, like the figures he quotes?

He is also selling 'Star Wars', 'Raiders of the Lost Ark', '2001:...', 'Dinotopia', etc.

SciFi and fairy tales.
