I have come to the conclusion that know matter what we do to help this planet, someone is going to say no. There is nothing wrong with what they want to do. Actually as a person visting NJ I would actually like to see them. I don't understand the BSing to block or mandate all these rules. For me to put up a tower in my yard for a wind turbine, you would not beleive the paper work I have to go threw. It is not right. How can we get away from big oil and other things if we are block every direction we go to better this planet.
But that is just my opinoin.
