It sure seems that they are after emproving everyones life with the different idea of major off grid power. All of you people on this site seem to be about at least two leaps ahead of the government. I comend you for your work and the knowledge you have given to all of us asking for your help. Thank you. The gov. will next want us to registure our power supply with them just like they want our guns registured. Next they will try and bill us for the wind, sun, or water power we use. They will probably want us to count the snowflakes we recieve. Just some of my beleifs.
