New board growing pains

Ok we have a new board and it is a work in progress

But don't let it scare you off.

Remember one of the foundation of this site is there is no such thing as a dumb question.

And its major strength is a lot of help full folks.

 And come on the learning curve cant be any harder than let say home brewing a low speed PM generator on your kitchen table :  ) Just take it one step at a time.

And as those of you who have been using the board this afternoon may have noticed -- I've been making changes and tweaks to it live online -- so it's not your imagination that things are looking slightly different.
